We found them on Angie's List along with several others. Out of the three companies we called to give us estimates, only two of them returned our call and actually came out. Indiana Foundation was very professional in every way.
During our foundation repair we had a few glitches and I would say most were the fault of subcontractors. I was so impressed how the representatives of Indiana Foundation handle the problems. No finger pointing, they made it right. When things don't go as planned it often reveals the type of people you are dealing with and I think your people are top notch. The coordination between marketing/engineering and installation was not what I had expected. As designed, the sump and pump was to be installed under the stairs but the installers said they could not do that and that if they could the discharge would be onto the driveway and would cause an iceing problem in the winter. I paid a premium to have this installed as designed. I had also paid an electrician to provide outlets where the pumps were to be installed.
We have not had any significant rain since the work was completed so I can not comment on how well the system works but I am counting on it to perform perfectly in which case I will be quite satisfied.
