Wanted: Indiana Foundation Service, a Groundworks Company, is looking for Full-Time Installers/Field employees to onboard, grow with and help Indiana's trusted foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawl space repair company.

Duties and responsibilities:
Our Installers/Crew Members perform installation duties according to company approved methods and as instructed by a foreman or co-foreman. Completes work to meet company standards and timetables. Uses safe methods in handling tools and equipment. Makes efficient use of time.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Six months experience as a skilled or semi-skilled laborer preferred; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience
Skilled in using tools and equipment preferred
Ability to follow directions and specific instructions
Pay attention to detail, ability to learn and be coach-able
Comfortable working in confined spaces
Active, valid driver's license highly preferred
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday and some weekends (mostly some Saturdays) per business needs. Occasional travel.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively jumps sprints or throws objects. The positions requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina. Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics, and information on computer screens are required.
