Called IFS to schedule an inspection of our crawl space & was able to get an immediate appointment. Connor Avera contacted us to confirm he would be meeting with us. He arrived on time & explained the process before the inspection. Afterwards he sat down to explain in detail what he found, what needed attention & what solutions were applicable. Connor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very professional with no high pressure sales tactics. He thoroughly walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

Tyler Davis came out to a home we're interested in buying. We had some concerns about the foundation, so he did an inspection and price estimate. Tyler was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We actually learned a lot of cool stuff about how foundation structures and repairs work. This service gave us a good idea of what needs done if we purchase the house. We haven't gotten the work done yet, but are definitely interested in working with them in the near future. Even if we don't buy this place, we'll definitely use them wherever we end up.

In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.

The company came out to inspect an issue at the house we were purchasing. They arrived prepared and advised us on a plan to correct a foundation problem. Unfortunately, the repair was left to the sellers to fix, and they chose another company. However, I would recommend their services based on the promptness and knowledge provided. Thank you for advising us about the potential settlement of the house.

Good experience with Andrew P, Jeremy S and Austin K today. They listened as I pointed out items that were not installed 3 years ago and my concerns about the below average installation that had been done. We had work done for a drain install in our foundation and a sub-pump. I have been burned several times with recent work to my house and was skeptical when we hired this company. I can say that all my worry was for nothing. Charlie came out to give us an estimate, and although we were short on time we made it work and he ended up staying for a long time (even through making dinner for our kid) to ensure we understood. It never once felt invasive and he did not try to pressure us into buying the product. Our cats loved him as well which was an added bonus and made us feel better. When he left, we talked about how nice and kind he was and he did not seem like a sales person. He also answered our extra questions a couple weeks later as we were waiting on the install to happen. We again were hesitant with yet another crew that needed to come in our home and demo a bunch of things. There was no need for the worry. Shawn and Devan were fantastic. They were polite, super kind, patient with all of our questions, and their clean up was one of the best we have ever witnessed. Given the invasive nature of jack hammering foundation inside of a home, we expected a bunch of clean up after. However outside of the stuff we already know they could not put back (drywall, flooring, etc) it was perfect. We went though and swept up the rooms they had worked in an there wasn't even a dust pan full of debris they missed. They laid out plastic and used that to walk on and lay the cement chunks on ensuring none of my ceramic tile flooring was ruined. AMAZING! They cleaned up the front lawn after digging a trench and jack hammering up part of the side walk. The cement work they did was great. They were extra careful when digging and installing pipes in the flower beds. Which we appreciated. They left the area outside cleaner than when they arrived even coiling up my garden hose and assisted us in moving some extra dirt left from them digging to another location on the property. Shawn took the time to take us out back and explain what they could do to help the drainage issues in the back of the home. He was confidant in his explanations and understood exactly what needed to happen to improve this situation and ensure water was not an issue to the home in the future. There was again no pressure to have Indiana Foundation Service do this work. This was all above and beyond what they were required to do. They were polite and kind when we were talking to them and was able to laugh and joke with us as they worked. WHEN we have more work done with our drainage in the back of our home we will be calling this company again and requesting SHAWN AND DEVAN to do the work. What an asset they are to the Indian Foundation company. Indiana Foundation Service will have my loyalty in the future for all other needed repairs.

I want to say at first we were skeptical about getting the basement done. Then we contacted indiana foundation services and they helped us see what needed done to protect what we have. After the free no obligation quote we went ahead and went for it. The person I want to thank the most is the Forman of our protect Josh. From the start you could tell he was very knowledgeable and had quality in his mind during the whole project. He never turned down a question and always made sure every step was correct. We thank you for everything you did. He even helped me understand what additional things are needed eventually in the basement to finish out. Thanks also for the people who helped him and I understand everything.

Last week, I was "hosting" three young men from Indiana Foundation at a "basement repair party" at my home. I have to say that these three young men were absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been in the company of such men who were so happy to do their jobs. Dakota, Desmon, and Johntae never slowed down on their job, and they never seemed not to enjoy the company of each other. I live alone and since they left, I have been troubled by the silence. It's not the lack of noise of the drilling; it's the lack of laughter that I miss. Never once did I hear any of them loose his temper or say anything that did not cause laughter from each other. They did their job very well. They all three deserve applause for a job well done! They are amazing!!!

It’s been some time since I got Indiana Foundation to come out and look at my crawl space and give me an estimate. I used to have so much water in my crawl space some summers I had frogs in there. My sump pumps all burned out and nothing I put in kept up with the water to pump out. Matt came out and did my estimate and laid all out on the table how bad it was down there. It had rotted out the floor in my main bathroom and even under my furnace. His guys came out and put inna new floor in my bathroom, pumped out 16 inches of water before they could even start working, and work they did. They worked into the nights, on weekend, and did a fantastic job and saved the foundation of my house. They just came out for an annual check if everything is working and it is. I am so glad to hear one of the 3 pumps, they created on their own and cooled by water pumped so they won’t burn out, when it pours rain. Thank you Matt and your entire crew. What a great job!!!

Dane walked us through the progress each day so we were kept in the loop on the work being done. All 3 of them were so polite and personable! We would recommend them to anyone that needs the work done!

Recently Anthony W. and Bruce T. reinforced our foundation to keep it from settling any further. They were polite , hard working answered all of my questions and explained the process thoroughly. They left the area in the same shape as they found it , exceptional cleanup.

Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

Cameron came to my condo to evaluate the source of a flooring crack along an outside wall. He spent an hour and a half examining the floor, interior wall, and exterior wall. During that time he explained what procedures would completely solve the foundation issues at hand. I especially appreciated that he repeatedly gave opportunities to ask questions. I would have confidence that Indiana Foundations would do excellent work correcting my foundation problem.

Our crew that came out to work needs a raise. It’s almost winter and they sent this crew to come work in literally any degree weather that came their way. They got the job done and met the deadline in this freezing cold weather. I can’t believe they actually worked in these temps. I am impressed.

I am a former manager of a construction partnership, and I was down in the crawl space for a fair amount of time during this process. I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.

Concrete leveling and void fill – actually talked to a real person when calling to negotiate! The scheduling was easy, and work was completed in one day. Now my garage foundation and sidewalk is level. They also filled the critter voids under my patio to keep it from breaking. Overall I am pleased with the work, and recommend them if you are looking to level concrete or fill under it.
