I had Eric Davis, Steven Hollin, and Brandon W. come to install piers to stabilize the foundation on my nearly 100 year old house. They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.

The company came out to inspect an issue at the house we were purchasing. They arrived prepared and advised us on a plan to correct a foundation problem. Unfortunately, the repair was left to the sellers to fix, and they chose another company. However, I would recommend their services based on the promptness and knowledge provided. Mike was so very thorough and professional! He respected our home by wearing shoe covers while indoors. My husband was able to make an appointment at a time that worked best for us. He inspected our basement and outside areas surrounding the house with my husband, and then he took a few moments to speak with me at the end to explain his expert opinion, as I was caring for our kids during the inspection. He gave his honest opinion, and he was so reassuring! We do not need significant work now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely call Indiana Foundation Service and request Mike. If you have questions and are unsure if you do need work done, I recommend this company. Mike was able to reassure us, and give us guidance for any possible future problems.
