Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.

Doug C was excellent – he came out to look at a hole around my foundation. He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). He was very responsive and helpful, and I’ll be calling on him for future needs!

Cameron came to my condo to evaluate the source of a flooring crack along an outside wall. He spent an hour and a half examining the floor, interior wall, and exterior wall. During that time he explained what procedures would completely solve the foundation issues at hand. I especially appreciated that he repeatedly gave opportunities to ask questions. I would have confidence that Indiana Foundations would do excellent work correcting my foundation problem.

The team that came to the house explained the issues well and ensured that the job was done right and explained issues that I may experience with my house foundation into the future. I appreciated how they went out of their way to advise me to waterproof (I can not do that at this time) and suggested ways I ensure that my basement stays as dry as possible. This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! You guys were an absolute blessing to my mamaw who can enjoy her home again with safety and peace of mind! Also special thanks to Bryant and Chris.
