They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.

Today, the crew of Dylan and Dylan reinforced the floor in our 140 year old basement. They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area when the job was complete. He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). The company came out to inspect an issue at the house we were purchasing. They arrived prepared and advised us on a plan to correct a foundation problem. Unfortunately, the repair was left to the sellers to fix, and they chose another company. However, I would recommend their services based on the promptness and knowledge provided. In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.

I knew we needed to have work done. One floor area was having issues. I'd seen TV ads for two companies. Called Indiana Foundation first. They were responsive and had Doug C. scheduled to visit in a week. The office shared arrival time and how long the visit would take. He was on time and did not rush us. No high-pressure sales pitch. Doug photo-documented the areas needing attention. I had worked construction years back and could tell he was well versed in this area of business. So glad we called. Doug was great to work with. It’s been some time since I got Indiana Foundation to come out and look at my crawl space and give me an estimate. I used to have so much water in my crawl space some summers I had frogs in there. My sump pumps all burned out and nothing I put in kept up with the water to pump out. Matt came out and did my estimate and laid all out on the table how bad it was down there. It had rotted out the floor in my main bathroom and even under my furnace. His guys came out and put inna new floor in my bathroom, pumped out 16 inches of water before they could even start working, and work they did. They worked into the nights, on weekend, and did a fantastic job and saved the foundation of my house. They just came out for an annual check if everything is working and it is. I am so glad to hear one of the 3 pumps, they created on their own and cooled by water pumped so they won’t burn out, when it pours rain. Thank you Matt and your entire crew. What a great job!!!

The team that came to the house explained the issues well and ensured that the job was done right and explained issues that I may experience with my house foundation into the future. We had work done for a drain install in our foundation and a sub-pump. I have been burned several times with recent work to my house and was skeptical when we hired this company. I can say that all my worry was for nothing. Charlie came out to give us an estimate, and although we were short on time we made it work and he ended up staying for a long time (even through making dinner for our kid) to ensure we understood. It never once felt invasive and he did not try to pressure us into buying the product. Our cats loved him as well which was an added bonus and made us feel better. When he left, we talked about how nice and kind he was and he did not seem like a sales person. He also answered our extra questions a couple weeks later as we were waiting on the install to happen. We again were hesitant with yet another crew that needed to come in our home and demo a bunch of things. There was no need for the worry. Shawn and Devan were fantastic. They were polite, super kind, patient with all of our questions, and their clean up was one of the best we have ever witnessed. Given the invasive nature of jack hammering foundation inside of a home, we expected a bunch of clean up after. However outside of the stuff we already know they could not put back (drywall, flooring, etc) it was perfect. We went though and swept up the rooms they had worked in an there wasn't even a dust pan full of debris they missed. They laid out plastic and used that to walk on and lay the cement chunks on ensuring none of my ceramic tile flooring was ruined. AMAZING! They cleaned up the front lawn after digging a trench and jack hammering up part of the side walk. The cement work they did was great. They were extra careful when digging and installing pipes in the flower beds. Which we appreciated. They left the area outside cleaner than when they arrived even coiling up my garden hose and assisted us in moving some extra dirt left from them digging to another location on the property. Shawn took the time to take us out back and explain what they could do to help the drainage issues in the back of the home. He was confidant in his explanations and understood exactly what needed to happen to improve this situation and ensure water was not an issue to the home in the future. There was again no pressure to have Indiana Foundation Service do this work. This was all above and beyond what they were required to do. They were polite and kind when we were talking to them and was able to laugh and joke with us as they worked. WHEN we have more work done with our drainage in the back of our home we will be calling this company again and requesting SHAWN AND DEVAN to do the work. What an asset they are to the Indian Foundation company. Indiana Foundation Service will have my loyalty in the future for all other needed repairs.

Indiana Foundation Service is very fast and professional. The scheduling process was easy and I was able to schedule my consultation quickly. They send you appointment reminders and have their team members contact you to introduce themselves before they come out for the consultation. They sent Kelly for my consult and he did a great job. Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.

The crew that i had come out to my home was more that excellent. They were on time and responsive to my needs. Christian R. Was the job site manager and did his best to make sure everything was how i wanted it. The crew that was with him Chad B., Dillon A, and Travis R. Were extremely respectful with me and my family. They took the extra steps to make sure things were what I wanted. They all worked well together and was extremely impressed with how they kept the jobsite clean and my house clean as well. Would highly recomend this company and crew to anyone needing their services. If i do have any issues in the future i only have to make one call. Would also recomend this crew to any jobsite. I want to say at first we were skeptical about getting the basement done. Then we contacted indiana foundation services and they helped us see what needed done to protect what we have. After the free no obligation quote we went ahead and went for it. The person I want to thank the most is the Forman of our protect Josh. From the start you could tell he was very knowledgeable and had quality in his mind during the whole project. He never turned down a question and always made sure every step was correct. We thank you for everything you did. He even helped me understand what additional things are needed eventually in the basement to finish out. Thanks also for the people who helped him and I understand everything.

The crew that came out to work on my basement ( Christian R. Chad B. Dylan A. And Tim M.) did a great job. They finished the job quickly and it turned out better than I had imagined. It has rained and stormed twice now since the put up the water barrier and drainage system in my basement and I haven’t had any water come through into my basement.

The process was great. First contact with Arron to the inspection/estimate visit from Connor was excellent. The crew who did the digging were amazing. Alex Andrew and Harley R were fantastic, on time, clean, respectful and answered all my questions. They explained the entire process before during and after, absolutely great crew. James, Saul & Devarion showed up very timely. James explained his thoughts on what they needed to do and updated me every step of their work. He asked me to come out and see what they were doing. He constantly asked if i had any questions or wanted something different done! They were very courteous: always please and thank you and maam! They made very little mess and cleaned up very well after themselves! Best experience i have had with Indiana Foundation!!! Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.

Dane walked us through the progress each day so we were kept in the loop on the work being done. All 3 of them were so polite and personable! Indiana Foundation Service waterproofed our basement last year. Today was our one year inspection. We really appreciated the service provided by Phillip and Joe C. They were both friendly and personable while also very professional and efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how the plates work as they are tightened over time. This is a great company, I’ve been a customer for over four years now, and just signed up for another five-year maintenance package. Not only did Leigh make the sign of easy for the extension maintenance, but she coordinated with three people over two days and got back to me with appointment times and confirmation.How often do customer service reps come back, and coordinate with multiple people, across multiple days for an appointment without needing customer follow up? Unheard of in my book. Great customer service, and Leigh again I’m impressed, great job!

The experience I had with Indiana Foundation Service was excellent. The representative who did the initial inspection was very thorough and he was able to correctly identify the issues causing the problem as well as how to correct them. The three men, Christian Rodriguez, Chad Butcher, and Travis Rawley were also professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently both days to get the job down in a timely manner. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend this company. They employ excellent people who give their best to the customer.
