Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.

The day scheduled Quin called and was on time as scheduled. Quin was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Quin did not pressure us to commit to his company. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. They cut no corners and treated my home as their own. They are the only contractors who actually came in, surpassed our expectations, and communicated each step of the way. If these guys were on my team at my place of employment I would immediately give them raises and corner offices immediately! Indiana foundation thank you for your services and making it easy to do business with you. You guys are not cheap and I’m thankful for that honestly. I am so happy that I contacted Indiana Foundation. The crew that came to do the work:Nick Z, Dakota C, & Zach R. We’re very professional and polite. They did the work In a timely fashion with no issues at all. Checked to see if I had any questions or concerns about any certain room ( I did) issues was looked at again and problem was resolved. They also guarantee their work.

This company is top notch! Josh was very through and professional. He was honest and told us that the fix they could do would not solve our problem. He had several suggestions and was willing to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this company.

The crew that i had come out to my home was more that excellent. They were on time and responsive to my needs. Christian R. Was the job site manager and did his best to make sure everything was how i wanted it. The crew that was with him Chad B., Dillon A, and Travis R. Were extremely respectful with me and my family. They took the extra steps to make sure things were what I wanted. They all worked well together and was extremely impressed with how they kept the jobsite clean and my house clean as well. Would highly recomend this company and crew to anyone needing their services. If i do have any issues in the future i only have to make one call. Would also recomend this crew to any jobsite. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Honesty is the key to any contractor coming into your home. Again thanks to the crew. It was a pleasure.

Thank Jeff for the great job you did raising our porch, it had dropped about 3 or 3 and a half inches, looks great now. Also want to thank the crew that worked on our foundation where the basement wall had cracked and is bowing out. Those guys worked in the cold weather with snow on the ground to get the job done. I can not remember all the names but we want thank them for a great job, feel better knowing that is taken care of. Also thank the folks in the office that keep us informed. The team that came to the house explained the issues well and ensured that the job was done right and explained issues that I may experience with my house foundation into the future. I appreciated how they went out of their way to advise me to waterproof (I can not do that at this time) and suggested ways I ensure that my basement stays as dry as possible. I’m a real estate agent and Indiana foundation services came in at a pinch to look at what we were told was a foundation problem by a different foundation contractor and they actually told us that it wasn’t a foundation problem and it would actually cost less than half of what the first guy suggested so I would highly recommend Indiana foundation services and Deckoda Hodges to anyone for their foundation needs

They worked very hard and the job they did looks amazing and was done in a very timely manner. They even cleaned up after the encapsulation so our crawlspace looks pristine!
