They did the work In a timely fashion with no issues at all. Checked to see if I had any questions or concerns about any certain room ( I did) issues was looked at again and problem was resolved. They also guarantee their work.

Thank Jeff for the great job you did raising our porch, it had dropped about 3 or 3 and a half inches, looks great now. Also want to thank the crew that worked on our foundation where the basement wall had cracked and is bowing out. Those guys worked in the cold weather with snow on the ground to get the job done. I can not remember all the names but we want thank them for a great job, feel better knowing that is taken care of. Also thank the folks in the office that keep us informed. I had Indiana Foundation Service repair a settling foundation by installing push piers. They did an outstanding job. The problem was resolved on time and as quoted. I would especially like to recognize the primary team led by Andrew P. with Dylan B. and Chris K. and the secondary team Jeff A. with Isaac and Josh. Andrew in particular kept me informed at each step and was a pleasure to work with.

It’s been some time since I got Indiana Foundation to come out and look at my crawl space and give me an estimate. I used to have so much water in my crawl space some summers I had frogs in there. My sump pumps all burned out and nothing I put in kept up with the water to pump out. Matt came out and did my estimate and laid all out on the table how bad it was down there. It had rotted out the floor in my main bathroom and even under my furnace. His guys came out and put inna new floor in my bathroom, pumped out 16 inches of water before they could even start working, and work they did. They worked into the nights, on weekend, and did a fantastic job and saved the foundation of my house. They just came out for an annual check if everything is working and it is. I am so glad to hear one of the 3 pumps, they created on their own and cooled by water pumped so they won’t burn out, when it pours rain. Thank you Matt and your entire crew. What a great job!!!

On 9/27 we had our 4th annual inspection of our crawl space and foundation done by your associate Ricky Christie. He was on time, professional and complete. His thorough and painstaking inspection/presentation – which he documented completely – resulted in our signing up for substantial additional remedial work. The crew that came out to work on my basement ( Christian R. Chad B. Dylan A. And Tim M.) did a great job. They finished the job quickly and it turned out better than I had imagined. It has rained and stormed twice now since the put up the water barrier and drainage system in my basement and I haven’t had any water come through into my basement.

In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.
