My second time using Indiana Foundation Services. They were on time pleasant and the work performed was exactly what I wanted done. Brandon did a great job lifts my and sealing concrete next to my pool. I scheduled in November and had work done April 1st because of the cold weather and freezing period. Customer service always kept me informed and I had no issues waiting on replies that I had questions on. I will use a 3rd time despite some of the reviews I read. They’ve always treated me right.

Alex Andrew and Harley R were fantastic, on time, clean, respectful and answered all my questions. They explained the entire process before during and after, absolutely great crew. We have used Indiana Foundation in multiple homes for a variety of jobs. Every experience working with the company has been excellent. Today, the crew of Dylan and Dylan reinforced the floor in our 140 year old basement. They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area when the job was complete. I could not have been happier with the work.

Tyler Davis came out to a home we're interested in buying. We had some concerns about the foundation, so he did an inspection and price estimate. Tyler was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We actually learned a lot of cool stuff about how foundation structures and repairs work. This service gave us a good idea of what needs done if we purchase the house. We haven't gotten the work done yet, but are definitely interested in working with them in the near future. Even if we don't buy this place, we'll definitely use them wherever we end up.

James, Saul & Devarion showed up very timely. James explained his thoughts on what they needed to do and updated me every step of their work. He asked me to come out and see what they were doing. He constantly asked if i had any questions or wanted something different done! They were very courteous: always please and thank you and maam! Called IFS to schedule an inspection of our crawl space & was able to get an immediate appointment. Connor Avera contacted us to confirm he would be meeting with us. He arrived on time & explained the process before the inspection. Afterwards he sat down to explain in detail what he found, what needed attention & what solutions were applicable. Connor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very professional with no high pressure sales tactics. He thoroughly walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions.
