Excellent Experience with Groundworks! I cannot recommend Groundworks highly enough for crawl space encapsulation. **Damian Traas, Tristan Lear, and Phillip Ewers** did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. They took the time to explain the encapsulation process, ensuring all of my questions were answered before they got to work. Crawl space work is notoriously difficult and messy, but Damian, Tristan, and Phillip handled it with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and the transformation of the space is night and day. It is incredibly reassuring to know that the structural integrity and air quality of my home are now properly protected. If you are looking for a team that is knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated to doing the job right the first time, ask for Damian, Tristan, and Phillip at Groundworks. We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

Professionals who take pride in their work! Pete, Isaia, and Justin are rockstars. They completely transformed my crawlspace from a damp and dark place to a safe and healthy environment. They cut no corners and treated my home as their own. They are the only contractors who actually came in, surpassed our expectations, and communicated each step of the way. If these guys were on my team at my place of employment I would immediately give them raises and corner offices immediately! Indiana foundation thank you for your services and making it easy to do business with you. You guys are not cheap and I’m thankful for that honestly. Cheap services always end up expensive in the end. You offer quality and not value fixins’….thank you again for being awesome!
