I want to say at first we were skeptical about getting the basement done. Then we contacted indiana foundation services and they helped us see what needed done to protect what we have. After the free no obligation quote we went ahead and went for it. The person I want to thank the most is the Forman of our protect Josh. From the start you could tell he was very knowledgeable and had quality in his mind during the whole project. He never turned down a question and always made sure every step was correct. We thank you for everything you did. He even helped me understand what additional things are needed eventually in the basement to finish out. Thanks also for the people who helped him and I understand everything.

Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

Mike was so very thorough and professional! He respected our home by wearing shoe covers while indoors. My husband was able to make an appointment at a time that worked best for us. He inspected our basement and outside areas surrounding the house with my husband, and then he took a few moments to speak with me at the end to explain his expert opinion, as I was caring for our kids during the inspection. He gave his honest opinion, and he was so reassuring! We do not need significant work now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely call Indiana Foundation Service and request Mike. If you have questions and are unsure if you do need work done, I recommend this company. Mike was able to reassure us, and give us guidance for any possible future problems.

Excellent Experience with Groundworks! I cannot recommend Groundworks highly enough for crawl space encapsulation. **Damian Traas, Tristan Lear, and Phillip Ewers** did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. They took the time to explain the encapsulation process, ensuring all of my questions were answered before they got to work. Crawl space work is notoriously difficult and messy, but Damian, Tristan, and Phillip handled it with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and the transformation of the space is night and day. It is incredibly reassuring to know that the structural integrity and air quality of my home are now properly protected. Last week, I was "hosting" three young men from Indiana Foundation at a "basement repair party" at my home. I have to say that these three young men were absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been in the company of such men who were so happy to do their jobs. Dakota, Desmon, and Johntae never slowed down on their job, and they never seemed not to enjoy the company of each other. I live alone and since they left, I have been troubled by the silence. It's not the lack of noise of the drilling; it's the lack of laughter that I miss. Never once did I hear any of them loose his temper or say anything that did not cause laughter from each other. They did their job very well. They all three deserve applause for a job well done! They are amazing!!!
