My second time using Indiana Foundation Services. They were on time pleasant and the work performed was exactly what I wanted done. Brandon did a great job lifts my and sealing concrete next to my pool. I scheduled in November and had work done April 1st because of the cold weather and freezing period. Customer service always kept me informed and I had no issues waiting on replies that I had questions on. I will use a 3rd time despite some of the reviews I read. They’ve always treated me right.

I am a former manager of a construction partnership, and I was down in the crawl space for a fair amount of time during this process. I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

His thorough and painstaking inspection/presentation – which he documented completely – resulted in our signing up for substantial additional remedial work. We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

We had to have our entire crawlspace redone due to water damage. Dane, Nate, and Brian came out to do the scheduled repairs, and they were on time and professional. Dane walked us through the progress each day so we were kept in the loop on the work being done. All 3 of them were so polite and personable!
