I knew we needed to have work done. One floor area was having issues. I'd seen TV ads for two companies. Called Indiana Foundation first. They were responsive and had Doug C. scheduled to visit in a week. The office shared arrival time and how long the visit would take. He was on time and did not rush us. No high-pressure sales pitch. Doug photo-documented the areas needing attention. I had worked construction years back and could tell he was well versed in this area of business. So glad we called. Doug was great to work with. Anthony and Bruce took the time to listen to the full situation (output backed up) and check all the possible causes. Fortunately their patience revealed a simple solution (bubble pot full of dirt and fine roots). Thank you Anthony W and Bruce T Cheers!
