Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

The crew that came out to work on my basement ( Christian R. Chad B. Dylan A. And Tim M.) did a great job. They finished the job quickly and it turned out better than I had imagined. It has rained and stormed twice now since the put up the water barrier and drainage system in my basement and I haven’t had any water come through into my basement.

I appreciated how they went out of their way to advise me to waterproof (I can not do that at this time) and suggested ways I ensure that my basement stays as dry as possible. The company came out to inspect an issue at the house we were purchasing. They arrived prepared and advised us on a plan to correct a foundation problem. Unfortunately, the repair was left to the sellers to fix, and they chose another company. However, I would recommend their services based on the promptness and knowledge provided. My second time using Indiana Foundation Services. They were on time pleasant and the work performed was exactly what I wanted done. Brandon did a great job lifts my and sealing concrete next to my pool. I scheduled in November and had work done April 1st because of the cold weather and freezing period. Customer service always kept me informed and I had no issues waiting on replies that I had questions on. I will use a 3rd time despite some of the reviews I read. They’ve always treated me right.

Indiana Foundation Service is very fast and professional. The scheduling process was easy and I was able to schedule my consultation quickly. They send you appointment reminders and have their team members contact you to introduce themselves before they come out for the consultation. They sent Kelly for my consult and he did a great job. He took the time to explain the issues to me and provided a lot of useful visuals and examples. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Very professional company I would highly recommend them!

Professionals who take pride in their work! Pete, Isaia, and Justin are rockstars. They completely transformed my crawlspace from a damp and dark place to a safe and healthy environment. They cut no corners and treated my home as their own. They are the only contractors who actually came in, surpassed our expectations, and communicated each step of the way. If these guys were on my team at my place of employment I would immediately give them raises and corner offices immediately! Indiana foundation thank you for your services and making it easy to do business with you. You guys are not cheap and I’m thankful for that honestly. Cheap services always end up expensive in the end. You offer quality and not value fixins’….thank you again for being awesome!
