On 9/27 we had our 4th annual inspection of our crawl space and foundation done by your associate Ricky Christie. He was on time, professional and complete. His thorough and painstaking inspection/presentation – which he documented completely – resulted in our signing up for substantial additional remedial work. He took his time, he did it right…I could wax on, but you get the idea. Thanks for sending out a great person.

Josh Solomon was hands down the best and nicest person I have worked with through IFS. He took the time to explain everything to me but also asking questions to that he could ensure I wouldn’t be left questioning anything!

Cameron came to give us a quote on a full basement repair of an 1800's home. Though the repairs needing done were substantial, as we suspected, we opted to go another route and have the house lifted and a new basement installed. Cameron was a solid guy, very professional, knowledgeable and was attentive to what we were looking for.

Highly recommend for anyone with a complex sump pump setup Super grateful to Anthony W and Bruce T! Our 100+ year old house has a very complex system (3 sumps, 1 bubble pot). Anthony and Bruce took the time to listen to the full situation (output backed up) and check all the possible causes. Fortunately their patience revealed a simple solution (bubble pot full of dirt and fine roots). Thank you Anthony W and Bruce T Cheers!

Damian, Phillip and Tristan were wonderful to work with. They were on time, professional, polite and informative. They took pictures so I was able to see their work. They also pointed out a potential problem so I would have the opportunity to get it fixed before it became a huge problem. My experience with IFS was a positive one and I would truly recommend them.

Justin Gardner has been absolute pleasure to work with throughout this process. We wanted transparency, integrity, and honesty and that’s exactly what you’ll get with Justin! He has an awesome personality and it was comfortable talking with him, asking him a million questions and making the decisions that will improve the overall value and efficiency of our home. I 10/10 recommend him for any service with Indiana Foundation!
