James and his team completed the requested service to the best of.my knowledge. I watched, as James walked me through the process of installing the piers. He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. Again, their quality of work met my expectations to best of my knowledge. Kimberly

Thank Jeff for the great job you did raising our porch, it had dropped about 3 or 3 and a half inches, looks great now. Also want to thank the crew that worked on our foundation where the basement wall had cracked and is bowing out. Those guys worked in the cold weather with snow on the ground to get the job done. I can not remember all the names but we want thank them for a great job, feel better knowing that is taken care of. Also thank the folks in the office that keep us informed.
