I am a former manager of a construction partnership, and I was down in the crawl space for a fair amount of time during this process. I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

I had a great experience getting a crawlspace quote the other day. Rob was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was seeing and recommending. I really appreciated how patient he was with my questions and how clearly he walked me through the options without any pressure. The process was great. First contact with Arron to the inspection/estimate visit from Connor was excellent. The crew who did the digging were amazing. Alex Andrew and Harley R were fantastic, on time, clean, respectful and answered all my questions. They explained the entire process before during and after, absolutely great crew. Indiana Foundation Service waterproofed our basement last year. Today was our one year inspection. We really appreciated the service provided by Phillip and Joe C. They were both friendly and personable while also very professional and efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how the plates work as they are tightened over time. Definitely some of the nicest home maintenance workers we have ever had. Thanks guys!

Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.

Last week, I was "hosting" three young men from Indiana Foundation at a "basement repair party" at my home. I have to say that these three young men were absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been in the company of such men who were so happy to do their jobs. Dakota, Desmon, and Johntae never slowed down on their job, and they never seemed not to enjoy the company of each other. I live alone and since they left, I have been troubled by the silence. It's not the lack of noise of the drilling; it's the lack of laughter that I miss. Never once did I hear any of them loose his temper or say anything that did not cause laughter from each other. They did their job very well. They all three deserve applause for a job well done! They are amazing!!!

In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.

Alvaro, Mario, and Alejandro came out to do our encapsulation and they were very professional and knowledgeable explaining the process as they went. They went above and beyond for us. We were still pulling insulation and they were kind enough to let us work along side them and Mario even helped us throw away our bags of insulation we appreciated that more than they will know. The crawl space is clean and looks amazing thanks to them. Highly recommend!!

Mike was so very thorough and professional! He respected our home by wearing shoe covers while indoors. My husband was able to make an appointment at a time that worked best for us. He inspected our basement and outside areas surrounding the house with my husband, and then he took a few moments to speak with me at the end to explain his expert opinion, as I was caring for our kids during the inspection. He gave his honest opinion, and he was so reassuring! We do not need significant work now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely call Indiana Foundation Service and request Mike. If you have questions and are unsure if you do need work done, I recommend this company. Mike was able to reassure us, and give us guidance for any possible future problems.
