Justin Gardner has been absolute pleasure to work with throughout this process. We wanted transparency, integrity, and honesty and that’s exactly what you’ll get with Justin! He has an awesome personality and it was comfortable talking with him, asking him a million questions and making the decisions that will improve the overall value and efficiency of our home. I 10/10 recommend him for any service with Indiana Foundation!

I had Eric Davis, Steven Hollin, and Brandon W. come to install piers to stabilize the foundation on my nearly 100 year old house. They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.

We had Indiana Foundation do major work to our crawl space. Ethan, Daniel and Nathan were all very professional and helpful making sure our questions were addressed throughout the entire process. We chose Indiana Foundation because of their good reputation and quality of work. They completed the job in 3 days as we were told, even with a couple unexpected issues that came up! Highly recommend contacting them for any crawl space work that is needed!

Eric D. And Vyshonne K. did a great job on our porch. Pointing out significant items that will help us down the road and taking the extra step of checking the structural points between porch and house. Great guys doing great work!

Whitney Rose and Cammeron Miles came out for their free inspection and did a fantastic job. We were originally just looking at some patchwork around the exterior of the house, but we're able to answer all sorts of questions I had about drainage around the house to better protect it and offered services and solutions, both from them and other types of contractors better suited for that work. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold and they were very quick to point out all the good things my house had going for it. I would highly recommend working with them for any issues you may have.

Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.
