This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! You guys were an absolute blessing to my mamaw who can enjoy her home again with safety and peace of mind! Also special thanks to Bryant and Chris. I had some minor foundation concerns in my basement and got a few quotes before deciding who to go with. Indiana Foundation Services was hands down the most honest company I talked to, and their pricing was fair too, so it was an easy choice. My sales rep Michael was great to work with. He really knew what he was talking about and actually listened to what was going on in my basement instead of just trying to sell me the biggest package available. We walked through a few different options and eventually landed on what would be the best combination to resolve the issue, while still staying under budget. The scheduling process was extremely convenient and it was a very smooth handoff from sales to the production team. The crew showed up on time on install day. John Knuckles was the foreman and Joshua Mitchell was the installer, and honestly these guys worked hard. The concrete ended up being much thicker than anyone anticipated, but they stuck with it and got the job done right. It's not an easy job and they never complained once. They kept everything clean the whole time too, which I really appreciated. Throughout the job they kept explaining what they were doing and why, so I always knew what was going on instead of just being left in the dark. Everything looks perfect now. A supervisor also stopped by at one point to check in on the guys and make sure they had what they needed, and he also asked if I had any questions, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall just a really solid experience from start to finish. Professional, honest, hardworking crew, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs foundation or waterproofing work done. I'll be calling them again if I ever need anything else.

I want to say at first we were skeptical about getting the basement done. Then we contacted indiana foundation services and they helped us see what needed done to protect what we have. After the free no obligation quote we went ahead and went for it. The person I want to thank the most is the Forman of our protect Josh. From the start you could tell he was very knowledgeable and had quality in his mind during the whole project. He never turned down a question and always made sure every step was correct. We thank you for everything you did. He even helped me understand what additional things are needed eventually in the basement to finish out. Thanks also for the people who helped him and I understand everything.
