This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.

James and his team completed the requested service to the best of.my knowledge. I watched, as James walked me through the process of installing the piers. He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. They cut no corners and treated my home as their own. They are the only contractors who actually came in, surpassed our expectations, and communicated each step of the way. If these guys were on my team at my place of employment I would immediately give them raises and corner offices immediately!
