Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

His thorough and painstaking inspection/presentation – which he documented completely – resulted in our signing up for substantial additional remedial work. He took his time, he did it right…I could wax on, but you get the idea. Thanks for sending out a great person.

Last week, I was "hosting" three young men from Indiana Foundation at a "basement repair party" at my home. I have to say that these three young men were absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been in the company of such men who were so happy to do their jobs. Dakota, Desmon, and Johntae never slowed down on their job, and they never seemed not to enjoy the company of each other. I live alone and since they left, I have been troubled by the silence. It's not the lack of noise of the drilling; it's the lack of laughter that I miss. Never once did I hear any of them loose his temper or say anything that did not cause laughter from each other. They did their job very well. They all three deserve applause for a job well done! They are amazing!!!

Mike came to assess, and give a quote on watter in my basement. While here he was extremely helpful and informative to my situation. He answered all questions throughly and in depth. The free consult will eventually over time save us a considerable amount of money. The services they offer and amazing warranties that come with it are more than worth there services. I can not express enough how professional and knowledgeable Mike was. When the day comes that I need foundation work done, Indiana Foundation Services will be the ones I will be giving a call.
