Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.

Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

I want to say at first we were skeptical about getting the basement done. Then we contacted indiana foundation services and they helped us see what needed done to protect what we have. After the free no obligation quote we went ahead and went for it. The person I want to thank the most is the Forman of our protect Josh. From the start you could tell he was very knowledgeable and had quality in his mind during the whole project. He never turned down a question and always made sure every step was correct. We thank you for everything you did. He even helped me understand what additional things are needed eventually in the basement to finish out. Thanks also for the people who helped him and I understand everything.

He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.

He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. Now my garage foundation and sidewalk is level. They also filled the critter voids under my patio to keep it from breaking. Overall I am pleased with the work, and recommend them if you are looking to level concrete or fill under it.

Indiana Foundation Service waterproofed our basement last year. Today was our one year inspection. We really appreciated the service provided by Phillip and Joe C. They were both friendly and personable while also very professional and efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how the plates work as they are tightened over time. Definitely some of the nicest home maintenance workers we have ever had. Thanks guys!
