They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.

We just completed our foundation work with Indiana Foundation. Because of the depths of the concrete pillars, much more excavation was required than planned and much more landscape alteration and subsequent work will be required. This is just the nature of these kinds of projects and certainly no fault of the company at all. Just as a homeowner, be prepared for things to be more involved than you originally anticipated. This is the only reason for the four star rating instead of five, because things were much more involved than we planned, much more landscape alteration, which will cost money to put back together, double the length of the initial anticipated time of the project… Those kinds of things. The personnel, however, were excellent. See below. Fortunately, we had a superb team on site… Andrew, Anthony and his brother Jeremy. They were present every day until the lift was done, which took several days because one of the pillars was very deep. These young men were remarkable representatives of their company. Very pleasant, easy to understand, and clearly were knowledgeable at their profession. There were times during our project where we were frustrated with the amount of dirt removed and they took great care to damage none of the property, or any of the trees or other wooden features of the home as they were doing their job. The cleanup was very good at the end. We were happy to have these three men on site and appreciate their experience and know how. High marks for them. We also had some steps that had subsided raised with the polyfoam, and that was very straightforward and very successful. We have one more set of steps to go, and then we will be complete. Lastly, we also had the opportunity to meet Colby, a supervisor. A true gem of a man, he inspected the project during the height of our frustration and helped reassure us about the eventual success and ultimate resolution of things. His presence and repeat timely communication was invaluable. Thank you, Indiana Foundation!

Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.

We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

I can't say enough great things about Damian Traas (Foreman), Phillip Ewers (Co-Foreman), and Tristan Lear (Installer). This crew was absolutely outstanding. They installed two AquaStop CrawlSpace Triple sump pumps, hand dug and installed 135 feet of 4” CrawlDrain and countless feet of discharge line. The quality of their work was exceptional. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Damian kept me informed throughout the entire project, explaining each step and making sure I understood exactly what was being done. Phillip and Tristan worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail, taking obvious pride in their craftsmanship. The entire installation was neat, organized, and completed with precision. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and left the work area looking better than I expected. It's refreshing to see a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right rather than just getting it done quickly. If you're looking for a team that is skilled, honest, hardworking, and truly committed to quality, I highly recommend Damian, Phillip, and Tristan. They exceeded every expectation I had, and I have complete confidence in the work they performed. This was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.

In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.
