Anthony and Bruce took the time to listen to the full situation (output backed up) and check all the possible causes. Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.
