In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.

Doug C was excellent – he came out to look at a hole around my foundation. He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). He was very responsive and helpful, and I’ll be calling on him for future needs!

His thorough and painstaking inspection/presentation – which he documented completely – resulted in our signing up for substantial additional remedial work. This is a great company, I’ve been a customer for over four years now, and just signed up for another five-year maintenance package. Not only did Leigh make the sign of easy for the extension maintenance, but she coordinated with three people over two days and got back to me with appointment times and confirmation.How often do customer service reps come back, and coordinate with multiple people, across multiple days for an appointment without needing customer follow up? Unheard of in my book. Great customer service, and Leigh again I’m impressed, great job!
