We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

They were responsive and had Doug C. scheduled to visit in a week. The office shared arrival time and how long the visit would take. He was on time and did not rush us. No high-pressure sales pitch. Doug photo-documented the areas needing attention. I had worked construction years back and could tell he was well versed in this area of business. So glad we called. Doug was great to work with. Worked with Alvaro Torres and Mario Velasquez on my foundation. They were able to correction the failures of other working and made my home stable. They spent the whole day working on it, fixing down to mere inches and made sure any worries I had were address as well as keep me informed of everything as they went. They even cleaned up after.
