I knew we needed to have work done. One floor area was having issues. I'd seen TV ads for two companies. Called Indiana Foundation first. They were responsive and had Doug C. scheduled to visit in a week. The office shared arrival time and how long the visit would take. He was on time and did not rush us. No high-pressure sales pitch. Doug photo-documented the areas needing attention. I had worked construction years back and could tell he was well versed in this area of business. So glad we called. Doug was great to work with. The experience I had with Indiana Foundation Service was excellent. The representative who did the initial inspection was very thorough and he was able to correctly identify the issues causing the problem as well as how to correct them. The three men, Christian Rodriguez, Chad Butcher, and Travis Rawley were also professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently both days to get the job down in a timely manner. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend this company. They employ excellent people who give their best to the customer.

Cameron came to my condo to evaluate the source of a flooring crack along an outside wall. He spent an hour and a half examining the floor, interior wall, and exterior wall. During that time he explained what procedures would completely solve the foundation issues at hand. I especially appreciated that he repeatedly gave opportunities to ask questions. I would have confidence that Indiana Foundations would do excellent work correcting my foundation problem.

The crawl space looks great and Ethan would answer any questions I had for them. Jensen was very knowledgeable and great to work with. My second time using Indiana Foundation Services. They were on time pleasant and the work performed was exactly what I wanted done. Brandon did a great job lifts my and sealing concrete next to my pool. I scheduled in November and had work done April 1st because of the cold weather and freezing period. Customer service always kept me informed and I had no issues waiting on replies that I had questions on. I will use a 3rd time despite some of the reviews I read. They’ve always treated me right.
