The crawl space looks great and Ethan would answer any questions I had for them. Jensen was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Four stars only because the drainage was mis measured for the second time. I would highly recommend but ask for these individuals.

James, Saul & Devarion showed up very timely. James explained his thoughts on what they needed to do and updated me every step of their work. He asked me to come out and see what they were doing. He constantly asked if i had any questions or wanted something different done! They were very courteous: always please and thank you and maam! They made very little mess and cleaned up very well after themselves! Best experience i have had with Indiana Foundation!!! Would definitely recommend.

James and his team completed the requested service to the best of.my knowledge. I watched, as James walked me through the process of installing the piers. He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. This company has done an incredible job with getting our basement totally waterproofed! Additional work needed to be done in our yard to take water away from our foundation. More work was needed to stop water from 'pooling' in our yard. John and T.J. seem to have finally provided us with the additional work needed to take water away from our foundation without having it 'pool' in the yard. Those two were true 'rock stars' doing work on a not so nice weather day. Everyone with this company have been extremely helpful with our situation. I highly recommend this company and give compliments to its employees.

Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.

Had Dakota come out to Knightstown and he was very helpful. While he had recommendations for my immediate issue, he also took extra time to educate me on other aspects of my house I wasn't aware of so that I could make the best decisions not only for my foundation but other restorations as well.
