Alvaro , Mario ,Alejandro arrived at my home to work on the drainage issues in my crawl space. They did an absolutely amazing fantastic wonderful incredible job! I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how pleased I was with their work, their respectfulness, their willingness to do everything I needed done. They took the time to explain everything and make sure I was happy with their service. Best crew I’ve ever had working on my home. Recommend them 100%.

This is my second time having Ground Works / Indiana Foundation out to do work. As I expected, today’s team of Tim, Jaden, and Matt were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived on time, at 9:30 am, and worked until the job was done. You cannot ask for a better crew, nor hire a better company. We still have more work to do, and when the time comes, I know who I will be calling for a third time.

The team that came to the house explained the issues well and ensured that the job was done right and explained issues that I may experience with my house foundation into the future. I appreciated how they went out of their way to advise me to waterproof (I can not do that at this time) and suggested ways I ensure that my basement stays as dry as possible. Well done and much appreciated.

James and his team completed the requested service to the best of.my knowledge. I watched, as James walked me through the process of installing the piers. He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. Again, their quality of work met my expectations to best of my knowledge. Kimberly

Whitney Rose and Cammeron Miles came out for their free inspection and did a fantastic job. We were originally just looking at some patchwork around the exterior of the house, but we're able to answer all sorts of questions I had about drainage around the house to better protect it and offered services and solutions, both from them and other types of contractors better suited for that work. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold and they were very quick to point out all the good things my house had going for it. I would highly recommend working with them for any issues you may have.

Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.
