I bought this home a couple years ago and had been concerned about my crawl space. Whitney Rose and Cammeron Miles came out for their free inspection and did a fantastic job. We were originally just looking at some patchwork around the exterior of the house, but we're able to answer all sorts of questions I had about drainage around the house to better protect it and offered services and solutions, both from them and other types of contractors better suited for that work. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold and they were very quick to point out all the good things my house had going for it. I would highly recommend working with them for any issues you may have.

Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.

I had Eric Davis, Steven Hollin, and Brandon W. come to install piers to stabilize the foundation on my nearly 100 year old house. They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.

I am a former manager of a construction partnership, and I was down in the crawl space for a fair amount of time during this process. I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Leigh, from customer service has been absolutely amazing to work with. This is a great company, I’ve been a customer for over four years now, and just signed up for another five-year maintenance package. Not only did Leigh make the sign of easy for the extension maintenance, but she coordinated with three people over two days and got back to me with appointment times and confirmation.How often do customer service reps come back, and coordinate with multiple people, across multiple days for an appointment without needing customer follow up? Unheard of in my book. Great customer service, and Leigh again I’m impressed, great job!

It’s been some time since I got Indiana Foundation to come out and look at my crawl space and give me an estimate. I used to have so much water in my crawl space some summers I had frogs in there. My sump pumps all burned out and nothing I put in kept up with the water to pump out. Matt came out and did my estimate and laid all out on the table how bad it was down there. It had rotted out the floor in my main bathroom and even under my furnace. His guys came out and put inna new floor in my bathroom, pumped out 16 inches of water before they could even start working, and work they did. They worked into the nights, on weekend, and did a fantastic job and saved the foundation of my house. They just came out for an annual check if everything is working and it is. I am so glad to hear one of the 3 pumps, they created on their own and cooled by water pumped so they won’t burn out, when it pours rain. Thank you Matt and your entire crew. What a great job!!!
