We had them come out and give us an estimate on our concrete patio that was not level due to settling. Quin called a day or two ahead of time and gave us a time he would be at our house. The day scheduled Quin called and was on time as scheduled. Quin was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Quin did not pressure us to commit to his company. Quin was very enjoyable to deal with throughout this process.

Joey and Richard (on his way to Cincinnati) teamed up to tighten up my wall anchors. They were off the charts with their explanations and information and even covered their shoes to keep our new carpet….clean. Thanks so much!

Mike was so very thorough and professional! He respected our home by wearing shoe covers while indoors. My husband was able to make an appointment at a time that worked best for us. He inspected our basement and outside areas surrounding the house with my husband, and then he took a few moments to speak with me at the end to explain his expert opinion, as I was caring for our kids during the inspection. He gave his honest opinion, and he was so reassuring! We do not need significant work now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely call Indiana Foundation Service and request Mike. If you have questions and are unsure if you do need work done, I recommend this company. Mike was able to reassure us, and give us guidance for any possible future problems.

We had to have our entire crawlspace redone due to water damage. Dane, Nate, and Brian came out to do the scheduled repairs, and they were on time and professional. Dane walked us through the progress each day so we were kept in the loop on the work being done. All 3 of them were so polite and personable! We would recommend them to anyone that needs the work done!

Joshua did a great on our annual preventive maintenance inspection for the crawlspace liner, sump system, battery backup and dehumidifier. Expert-level knowledge, very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and he is an excellent communicator. I renewed our PM contract for another 5 years and called the office to ask them to schedule Joshua to do all our future PMs.

Cory was very helpful. We had him come out for a second opinion after another company told us we would need extensive work done, and he showed us why that was not necessary. He saved us money and was very professional and, again, incredibly helpful, would highly recommend.
