The company came out to inspect an issue at the house we were purchasing. They arrived prepared and advised us on a plan to correct a foundation problem. Unfortunately, the repair was left to the sellers to fix, and they chose another company. However, I would recommend their services based on the promptness and knowledge provided. Thank you for advising us about the potential settlement of the house.

The experience I had with Indiana Foundation Service was excellent. The representative who did the initial inspection was very thorough and he was able to correctly identify the issues causing the problem as well as how to correct them. The three men, Christian Rodriguez, Chad Butcher, and Travis Rawley were also professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently both days to get the job down in a timely manner. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend this company. They employ excellent people who give their best to the customer.

We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

The crew that came out to work on my basement ( Christian R. Chad B. Dylan A. And Tim M.) did a great job. They finished the job quickly and it turned out better than I had imagined. It has rained and stormed twice now since the put up the water barrier and drainage system in my basement and I haven’t had any water come through into my basement.

We had them come out and give us an estimate on our concrete patio that was not level due to settling. Quin called a day or two ahead of time and gave us a time he would be at our house. The day scheduled Quin called and was on time as scheduled. Quin was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Quin did not pressure us to commit to his company. Quin was very enjoyable to deal with throughout this process.

I had Eric Davis, Steven Hollin, and Brandon W. come to install piers to stabilize the foundation on my nearly 100 year old house. They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.
