Doug C was excellent – he came out to look at a hole around my foundation. He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). He was very responsive and helpful, and I’ll be calling on him for future needs!

I can't say enough great things about Damian Traas (Foreman), Phillip Ewers (Co-Foreman), and Tristan Lear (Installer). This crew was absolutely outstanding. They installed two AquaStop CrawlSpace Triple sump pumps, hand dug and installed 135 feet of 4” CrawlDrain and countless feet of discharge line. The quality of their work was exceptional. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Damian kept me informed throughout the entire project, explaining each step and making sure I understood exactly what was being done. Phillip and Tristan worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail, taking obvious pride in their craftsmanship. The entire installation was neat, organized, and completed with precision. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and left the work area looking better than I expected. It's refreshing to see a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right rather than just getting it done quickly. If you're looking for a team that is skilled, honest, hardworking, and truly committed to quality, I highly recommend Damian, Phillip, and Tristan. They exceeded every expectation I had, and I have complete confidence in the work they performed. This was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. Five stars isn't enough—I'd gladly give them ten!

Tyler Davis came out to a home we're interested in buying. We had some concerns about the foundation, so he did an inspection and price estimate. Tyler was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We actually learned a lot of cool stuff about how foundation structures and repairs work. This service gave us a good idea of what needs done if we purchase the house. We haven't gotten the work done yet, but are definitely interested in working with them in the near future. Even if we don't buy this place, we'll definitely use them wherever we end up.

We have used Indiana Foundation in multiple homes for a variety of jobs. Every experience working with the company has been excellent. Today, the crew of Dylan and Dylan reinforced the floor in our 140 year old basement. They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area when the job was complete. I could not have been happier with the work.
