Dylan Combs and Chris Thompson worked nonstop from the time they arrived at our residence. They were courteous and answered all of the questions that we had for them. We were pleased with their professionalism. Today we got a follow up from the company to make sure that all was OK and reminded us that they would follow up in a year to ensure that all was good. We have been happy with the company’s service overall.

James Jewell, Nick C, Gus T, and David waterproofed my basement. My basement looks incredible and I no longer have to worry about flooding! James was the foreman and he paid close attention to detail and also did a really good job explaining the system and answering all of my questions. The whole crew was professional, efficient, well mannered, and they cleaned up their workspace before leaving…I’d highly recommend this crew to anyone looking for home owner’s peace of mind!

Doug C was excellent – he came out to look at a hole around my foundation. He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). He was very responsive and helpful, and I’ll be calling on him for future needs!

James, Saul & Devarion showed up very timely. James explained his thoughts on what they needed to do and updated me every step of their work. He asked me to come out and see what they were doing. He constantly asked if i had any questions or wanted something different done! They were very courteous: always please and thank you and maam! They made very little mess and cleaned up very well after themselves! Best experience i have had with Indiana Foundation!!! Would definitely recommend.
