Mike was so very thorough and professional! He respected our home by wearing shoe covers while indoors. My husband was able to make an appointment at a time that worked best for us. He inspected our basement and outside areas surrounding the house with my husband, and then he took a few moments to speak with me at the end to explain his expert opinion, as I was caring for our kids during the inspection. He gave his honest opinion, and he was so reassuring! We do not need significant work now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely call Indiana Foundation Service and request Mike. If you have questions and are unsure if you do need work done, I recommend this company. Mike was able to reassure us, and give us guidance for any possible future problems.

I’m a real estate agent and Indiana foundation services came in at a pinch to look at what we were told was a foundation problem by a different foundation contractor and they actually told us that it wasn’t a foundation problem and it would actually cost less than half of what the first guy suggested so I would highly recommend Indiana foundation services and Deckoda Hodges to anyone for their foundation needs

This is my second time having Ground Works / Indiana Foundation out to do work. As I expected, today’s team of Tim, Jaden, and Matt were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived on time, at 9:30 am, and worked until the job was done. You cannot ask for a better crew, nor hire a better company. Whitney Rose and Cammeron Miles came out for their free inspection and did a fantastic job. We were originally just looking at some patchwork around the exterior of the house, but we're able to answer all sorts of questions I had about drainage around the house to better protect it and offered services and solutions, both from them and other types of contractors better suited for that work. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold and they were very quick to point out all the good things my house had going for it. I would highly recommend working with them for any issues you may have.
