We have used Indiana Foundation in multiple homes for a variety of jobs. Every experience working with the company has been excellent. Today, the crew of Dylan and Dylan reinforced the floor in our 140 year old basement. They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area when the job was complete. I could not have been happier with the work.

Our crew that came out to work needs a raise. It’s almost winter and they sent this crew to come work in literally any degree weather that came their way. They got the job done and met the deadline in this freezing cold weather. I can’t believe they actually worked in these temps. I am impressed.

This company has done an incredible job with getting our basement totally waterproofed! Additional work needed to be done in our yard to take water away from our foundation. More work was needed to stop water from 'pooling' in our yard. John and T.J. seem to have finally provided us with the additional work needed to take water away from our foundation without having it 'pool' in the yard. Those two were true 'rock stars' doing work on a not so nice weather day. Everyone with this company have been extremely helpful with our situation. I highly recommend this company and give compliments to its employees.

Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.

I had Eric Davis, Steven Hollin, and Brandon W. come to install piers to stabilize the foundation on my nearly 100 year old house. They were professional, respectful to the landscaping they had to remove, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the integrity of the work they did and I paid a lot of money for. They also completed the job in 1.5 days when intitally I was told, at the contract signing, it would take 3.

This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! You guys were an absolute blessing to my mamaw who can enjoy her home again with safety and peace of mind! Also special thanks to Bryant and Chris. In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.
