This is a great company, I’ve been a customer for over four years now, and just signed up for another five-year maintenance package. Not only did Leigh make the sign of easy for the extension maintenance, but she coordinated with three people over two days and got back to me with appointment times and confirmation.How often do customer service reps come back, and coordinate with multiple people, across multiple days for an appointment without needing customer follow up? Unheard of in my book. Great customer service, and Leigh again I’m impressed, great job!

The company came out to inspect an issue at the house we were purchasing. They arrived prepared and advised us on a plan to correct a foundation problem. Unfortunately, the repair was left to the sellers to fix, and they chose another company. However, I would recommend their services based on the promptness and knowledge provided. Whitney Rose and Cammeron Miles came out for their free inspection and did a fantastic job. We were originally just looking at some patchwork around the exterior of the house, but we're able to answer all sorts of questions I had about drainage around the house to better protect it and offered services and solutions, both from them and other types of contractors better suited for that work. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold and they were very quick to point out all the good things my house had going for it. I would highly recommend working with them for any issues you may have.

Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.
