Joe called prior to his visit to let me know when he would arrive. He introduced himself and told me what exactly he was going to do.He was polite and professional and friendly, and went about his business. When finished, he explained what he had found, we exchanged pleasantries, and he went on to his next appointment.I appreciate the professionalism combined with the ability to talk comfortably with me, the client.

This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! You guys were an absolute blessing to my mamaw who can enjoy her home again with safety and peace of mind! Also special thanks to Bryant and Chris. If you’re looking for the right company for your home repairs? You found it I promise.

Damian, Phillip and Tristan were wonderful to work with. They were on time, professional, polite and informative. They took pictures so I was able to see their work. They also pointed out a potential problem so I would have the opportunity to get it fixed before it became a huge problem. My experience with IFS was a positive one and I would truly recommend them.

Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.

We had Indiana Foundation do major work to our crawl space. Ethan, Daniel and Nathan were all very professional and helpful making sure our questions were addressed throughout the entire process. We chose Indiana Foundation because of their good reputation and quality of work. They completed the job in 3 days as we were told, even with a couple unexpected issues that came up! Highly recommend contacting them for any crawl space work that is needed!

Eric D and Tyler L were very professional, answered any questions, on-time, worked hard the entire time here. If they had any questions they checked before proceeding. They kept the area clean as they proceeded thru the job. They knew their job and had the skills to complete it with out wasting any time. Very competent in what they do. I would request them again if I ever need anymore work done.

Worked with Alvaro Torres and Mario Velasquez on my foundation. They were able to correction the failures of other working and made my home stable. They spent the whole day working on it, fixing down to mere inches and made sure any worries I had were address as well as keep me informed of everything as they went. They even cleaned up after. I'm ecstatic to know this isn't something I have to worry about any more. Thank you both so much for working on my house.
