I am a former manager of a construction partnership, and I was down in the crawl space for a fair amount of time during this process. I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Cameron came to my condo to evaluate the source of a flooring crack along an outside wall. He spent an hour and a half examining the floor, interior wall, and exterior wall. During that time he explained what procedures would completely solve the foundation issues at hand. I especially appreciated that he repeatedly gave opportunities to ask questions. I would have confidence that Indiana Foundations would do excellent work correcting my foundation problem.

Highly recommend for anyone with a complex sump pump setup Super grateful to Anthony W and Bruce T! Our 100+ year old house has a very complex system (3 sumps, 1 bubble pot). Anthony and Bruce took the time to listen to the full situation (output backed up) and check all the possible causes. Fortunately their patience revealed a simple solution (bubble pot full of dirt and fine roots). Thank you Anthony W and Bruce T Cheers!

He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). He was very responsive and helpful, and I’ll be calling on him for future needs!

Professionals who take pride in their work! Pete, Isaia, and Justin are rockstars. They completely transformed my crawlspace from a damp and dark place to a safe and healthy environment. They cut no corners and treated my home as their own. They are the only contractors who actually came in, surpassed our expectations, and communicated each step of the way. If these guys were on my team at my place of employment I would immediately give them raises and corner offices immediately! Indiana foundation thank you for your services and making it easy to do business with you. You guys are not cheap and I’m thankful for that honestly. Cheap services always end up expensive in the end. You offer quality and not value fixins’….thank you again for being awesome!
