I can't say enough great things about Damian Traas (Foreman), Phillip Ewers (Co-Foreman), and Tristan Lear (Installer). This crew was absolutely outstanding. They installed two AquaStop CrawlSpace Triple sump pumps, hand dug and installed 135 feet of 4” CrawlDrain and countless feet of discharge line. The quality of their work was exceptional. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Damian kept me informed throughout the entire project, explaining each step and making sure I understood exactly what was being done. Phillip and Tristan worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail, taking obvious pride in their craftsmanship. The entire installation was neat, organized, and completed with precision. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and left the work area looking better than I expected. It's refreshing to see a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right rather than just getting it done quickly. If you're looking for a team that is skilled, honest, hardworking, and truly committed to quality, I highly recommend Damian, Phillip, and Tristan. They exceeded every expectation I had, and I have complete confidence in the work they performed. This was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. Five stars isn't enough—I'd gladly give them ten!

James and his team completed the requested service to the best of.my knowledge. I watched, as James walked me through the process of installing the piers. He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. Again, their quality of work met my expectations to best of my knowledge. Kimberly

The company came out to inspect an issue at the house we were purchasing. They arrived prepared and advised us on a plan to correct a foundation problem. Unfortunately, the repair was left to the sellers to fix, and they chose another company. However, I would recommend their services based on the promptness and knowledge provided. Thank you for advising us about the potential settlement of the house.

Ethan and his crew did great work. Best communication I have ever had out of a construction crew. They were very kind to our kids. The crawl space looks great and Ethan would answer any questions I had for them. Jensen was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Four stars only because the drainage was mis measured for the second time. I would highly recommend but ask for these individuals.

Cory was very helpful. We had him come out for a second opinion after another company told us we would need extensive work done, and he showed us why that was not necessary. He saved us money and was very professional and, again, incredibly helpful, would highly recommend.
