I want to say at first we were skeptical about getting the basement done. Then we contacted indiana foundation services and they helped us see what needed done to protect what we have. After the free no obligation quote we went ahead and went for it. The person I want to thank the most is the Forman of our protect Josh. From the start you could tell he was very knowledgeable and had quality in his mind during the whole project. He never turned down a question and always made sure every step was correct. We thank you for everything you did. He even helped me understand what additional things are needed eventually in the basement to finish out. Thanks also for the people who helped him and I understand everything.

Thank Jeff for the great job you did raising our porch, it had dropped about 3 or 3 and a half inches, looks great now. Also want to thank the crew that worked on our foundation where the basement wall had cracked and is bowing out. Those guys worked in the cold weather with snow on the ground to get the job done. I can not remember all the names but we want thank them for a great job, feel better knowing that is taken care of. Also thank the folks in the office that keep us informed. While he had recommendations for my immediate issue, he also took extra time to educate me on other aspects of my house I wasn't aware of so that I could make the best decisions not only for my foundation but other restorations as well. I was very impressed with the services offered. The team that came to the house explained the issues well and ensured that the job was done right and explained issues that I may experience with my house foundation into the future. I appreciated how they went out of their way to advise me to waterproof (I can not do that at this time) and suggested ways I ensure that my basement stays as dry as possible. Mike was so very thorough and professional! He respected our home by wearing shoe covers while indoors. My husband was able to make an appointment at a time that worked best for us. He inspected our basement and outside areas surrounding the house with my husband, and then he took a few moments to speak with me at the end to explain his expert opinion, as I was caring for our kids during the inspection. He gave his honest opinion, and he was so reassuring! We do not need significant work now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely call Indiana Foundation Service and request Mike. If you have questions and are unsure if you do need work done, I recommend this company. Mike was able to reassure us, and give us guidance for any possible future problems.
