What a great job! Unfortunately my.recollection of names is abysmal, please check your records and give the three men who did the work in my basement my most grateful thanks. Not only did they work their tails off, it was a pleasure to have them around. George Seidensticker

Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.

It was a pleasure working with Jon Erfmeier to find the source of a leak near the foundation of my garage. I could tell Jon was eager to find a solution, going above and beyond to reach out and conduct research into all areas that could be contributing to the leak. Jon was very helpful and assuring during the process, doing everything he could to make sure my issue was resolved. Indiana Foundation Service is blessed to have Jon as a valuable asset to their team.

In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.

This company has done an incredible job with getting our basement totally waterproofed! Additional work needed to be done in our yard to take water away from our foundation. More work was needed to stop water from 'pooling' in our yard. John and T.J. seem to have finally provided us with the additional work needed to take water away from our foundation without having it 'pool' in the yard. Those two were true 'rock stars' doing work on a not so nice weather day. Everyone with this company have been extremely helpful with our situation. I highly recommend this company and give compliments to its employees.

Leigh, from customer service has been absolutely amazing to work with. This is a great company, I’ve been a customer for over four years now, and just signed up for another five-year maintenance package. Not only did Leigh make the sign of easy for the extension maintenance, but she coordinated with three people over two days and got back to me with appointment times and confirmation. How often do customer service reps come back, and coordinate with multiple people, across multiple days for an appointment without needing customer follow up? Unheard of in my book. Great customer service, and Leigh again I’m impressed, great job!

Cameron came to my condo to evaluate the source of a flooring crack along an outside wall. He spent an hour and a half examining the floor, interior wall, and exterior wall. During that time he explained what procedures would completely solve the foundation issues at hand. I especially appreciated that he repeatedly gave opportunities to ask questions. I would have confidence that Indiana Foundations would do excellent work correcting my foundation problem.

James and his team completed the requested service to the best of.my knowledge. I watched, as James walked me through the process of installing the piers. He helped me understand in real time why lift or stability in areas of pier installation. Also, James and his team presented all documentation, including notes on how much pressure each pier could hold, permit per Indiana coding specs, before and after pictures, and I was able to see actual piers in ground after install, but before backfill. Again, their quality of work met my expectations to best of my knowledge. Kimberly

This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! You guys were an absolute blessing to my mamaw who can enjoy her home again with safety and peace of mind! Also special thanks to Bryant and Chris. If you’re looking for the right company for your home repairs? You found it I promise.

I had some minor foundation concerns in my basement and got a few quotes before deciding who to go with. Indiana Foundation Services was hands down the most honest company I talked to, and their pricing was fair too, so it was an easy choice. My sales rep Michael was great to work with. He really knew what he was talking about and actually listened to what was going on in my basement instead of just trying to sell me the biggest package available. We walked through a few different options and eventually landed on what would be the best combination to resolve the issue, while still staying under budget. The scheduling process was extremely convenient and it was a very smooth handoff from sales to the production team. The crew showed up on time on install day. John Knuckles was the foreman and Joshua Mitchell was the installer, and honestly these guys worked hard. The concrete ended up being much thicker than anyone anticipated, but they stuck with it and got the job done right. It's not an easy job and they never complained once. They kept everything clean the whole time too, which I really appreciated. Throughout the job they kept explaining what they were doing and why, so I always knew what was going on instead of just being left in the dark. Everything looks perfect now. A supervisor also stopped by at one point to check in on the guys and make sure they had what they needed, and he also asked if I had any questions, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall just a really solid experience from start to finish. Professional, honest, hardworking crew, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs foundation or waterproofing work done. I'll be calling them again if I ever need anything else.

I had a great experience getting a crawlspace quote the other day. Rob was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was seeing and recommending. I really appreciated how patient he was with my questions and how clearly he walked me through the options without any pressure. It’s refreshing to meet someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone honest and thorough.

The experience I had with Indiana Foundation Service was excellent. The representative who did the initial inspection was very thorough and he was able to correctly identify the issues causing the problem as well as how to correct them. The three men, Christian Rodriguez, Chad Butcher, and Travis Rawley were also professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently both days to get the job down in a timely manner. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend this company. They employ excellent people who give their best to the customer.

I was very impressed with the services offered. The team that came to the house explained the issues well and ensured that the job was done right and explained issues that I may experience with my house foundation into the future. I appreciated how they went out of their way to advise me to waterproof (I can not do that at this time) and suggested ways I ensure that my basement stays as dry as possible. Well done and much appreciated.

We had Indiana Foundation do major work to our crawl space. Ethan, Daniel and Nathan were all very professional and helpful making sure our questions were addressed throughout the entire process. We chose Indiana Foundation because of their good reputation and quality of work. They completed the job in 3 days as we were told, even with a couple unexpected issues that came up! Highly recommend contacting them for any crawl space work that is needed!

After she checked de home she explained clearly what needed to be done. She is one of the best representative we ever dealt with.
