The experience I had with Indiana Foundation Service was excellent. The representative who did the initial inspection was very thorough and he was able to correctly identify the issues causing the problem as well as how to correct them. The three men, Christian Rodriguez, Chad Butcher, and Travis Rawley were also professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently both days to get the job down in a timely manner. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend this company. They employ excellent people who give their best to the customer.

This company has done an incredible job with getting our basement totally waterproofed! Additional work needed to be done in our yard to take water away from our foundation. More work was needed to stop water from 'pooling' in our yard. John and T.J. seem to have finally provided us with the additional work needed to take water away from our foundation without having it 'pool' in the yard. Those two were true 'rock stars' doing work on a not so nice weather day. Everyone with this company have been extremely helpful with our situation. I highly recommend this company and give compliments to its employees.

This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! You guys were an absolute blessing to my mamaw who can enjoy her home again with safety and peace of mind! Also special thanks to Bryant and Chris. Mike was so very thorough and professional! He respected our home by wearing shoe covers while indoors. My husband was able to make an appointment at a time that worked best for us. He inspected our basement and outside areas surrounding the house with my husband, and then he took a few moments to speak with me at the end to explain his expert opinion, as I was caring for our kids during the inspection. He gave his honest opinion, and he was so reassuring! We do not need significant work now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely call Indiana Foundation Service and request Mike. If you have questions and are unsure if you do need work done, I recommend this company. Mike was able to reassure us, and give us guidance for any possible future problems.

Had a great experience with Dylan and Andrew. The foundation of my house was sinking and needed repairing. The Teamwork as a Team, clean up everything and repair my foundation. Andrew made sure that I understood that if he dig deeper what the possibilities were. He had me stand by the house while they use the equipment drilling. I assure him because the crack was near my bathroom that another crack wouldn't matter because I had a few cracks in my bathroom and that it was being gutted out later. After Mr. Andrew explaining everything and he wanted me to open the bathroom window to make sure there wasn't any issue raising the window. Well, they are cleaning up after a long day work.

We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

Today, the crew of Dylan and Dylan reinforced the floor in our 140 year old basement. They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area when the job was complete. I am a former manager of a construction partnership, and I was down in the crawl space for a fair amount of time during this process. I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

We had Indiana Foundation do major work to our crawl space. Ethan, Daniel and Nathan were all very professional and helpful making sure our questions were addressed throughout the entire process. We chose Indiana Foundation because of their good reputation and quality of work. They completed the job in 3 days as we were told, even with a couple unexpected issues that came up! Highly recommend contacting them for any crawl space work that is needed!

James was the foreman and he paid close attention to detail and also did a really good job explaining the system and answering all of my questions. Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.
