Called IFS to schedule an inspection of our crawl space & was able to get an immediate appointment. Connor Avera contacted us to confirm he would be meeting with us. He arrived on time & explained the process before the inspection. Afterwards he sat down to explain in detail what he found, what needed attention & what solutions were applicable. Connor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very professional with no high pressure sales tactics. He thoroughly walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

The crawl space looks great and Ethan would answer any questions I had for them. Jensen was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Worked with Alvaro Torres and Mario Velasquez on my foundation. They were able to correction the failures of other working and made my home stable. They spent the whole day working on it, fixing down to mere inches and made sure any worries I had were address as well as keep me informed of everything as they went. They even cleaned up after. I'm ecstatic to know this isn't something I have to worry about any more. Thank you both so much for working on my house.

Indiana Foundation has (so far) shored up the foundation on my 20-year-old home and put a liner in the crawl space to control moisture. Even when the dehumidifier couldn't keep up and it caused some pooling if water, they came out the next day to readjust things so the system works better. Special shout out to Phillip, Joe and Devin for being professional, courteous, and thorough.

We had work done for a drain install in our foundation and a sub-pump. I have been burned several times with recent work to my house and was skeptical when we hired this company. I can say that all my worry was for nothing. Charlie came out to give us an estimate, and although we were short on time we made it work and he ended up staying for a long time (even through making dinner for our kid) to ensure we understood. It never once felt invasive and he did not try to pressure us into buying the product. Our cats loved him as well which was an added bonus and made us feel better. When he left, we talked about how nice and kind he was and he did not seem like a sales person. He also answered our extra questions a couple weeks later as we were waiting on the install to happen. We again were hesitant with yet another crew that needed to come in our home and demo a bunch of things. There was no need for the worry. Shawn and Devan were fantastic. They were polite, super kind, patient with all of our questions, and their clean up was one of the best we have ever witnessed. Given the invasive nature of jack hammering foundation inside of a home, we expected a bunch of clean up after. However outside of the stuff we already know they could not put back (drywall, flooring, etc) it was perfect. We went though and swept up the rooms they had worked in an there wasn't even a dust pan full of debris they missed. They laid out plastic and used that to walk on and lay the cement chunks on ensuring none of my ceramic tile flooring was ruined. AMAZING! They cleaned up the front lawn after digging a trench and jack hammering up part of the side walk. The cement work they did was great. They were extra careful when digging and installing pipes in the flower beds. Which we appreciated. They left the area outside cleaner than when they arrived even coiling up my garden hose and assisted us in moving some extra dirt left from them digging to another location on the property. Shawn took the time to take us out back and explain what they could do to help the drainage issues in the back of the home. He was confidant in his explanations and understood exactly what needed to happen to improve this situation and ensure water was not an issue to the home in the future. There was again no pressure to have Indiana Foundation Service do this work. This was all above and beyond what they were required to do. They were polite and kind when we were talking to them and was able to laugh and joke with us as they worked. WHEN we have more work done with our drainage in the back of our home we will be calling this company again and requesting SHAWN AND DEVAN to do the work. What an asset they are to the Indian Foundation company. Indiana Foundation Service will have my loyalty in the future for all other needed repairs.

Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.

Concrete leveling and void fill – actually talked to a real person when calling to negotiate! The scheduling was easy, and work was completed in one day. Now my garage foundation and sidewalk is level. They also filled the critter voids under my patio to keep it from breaking. Overall I am pleased with the work, and recommend them if you are looking to level concrete or fill under it.

This company has done an incredible job with getting our basement totally waterproofed! Additional work needed to be done in our yard to take water away from our foundation. More work was needed to stop water from 'pooling' in our yard. John and T.J. seem to have finally provided us with the additional work needed to take water away from our foundation without having it 'pool' in the yard. Those two were true 'rock stars' doing work on a not so nice weather day. Everyone with this company have been extremely helpful with our situation. The experience I had with Indiana Foundation Service was excellent. The representative who did the initial inspection was very thorough and he was able to correctly identify the issues causing the problem as well as how to correct them. The three men, Christian Rodriguez, Chad Butcher, and Travis Rawley were also professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently both days to get the job down in a timely manner. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend this company. They employ excellent people who give their best to the customer.

Cameron came to my condo to evaluate the source of a flooring crack along an outside wall. He spent an hour and a half examining the floor, interior wall, and exterior wall. During that time he explained what procedures would completely solve the foundation issues at hand. I especially appreciated that he repeatedly gave opportunities to ask questions. Last week, I was "hosting" three young men from Indiana Foundation at a "basement repair party" at my home. I have to say that these three young men were absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been in the company of such men who were so happy to do their jobs. Dakota, Desmon, and Johntae never slowed down on their job, and they never seemed not to enjoy the company of each other. I live alone and since they left, I have been troubled by the silence. It's not the lack of noise of the drilling; it's the lack of laughter that I miss. Never once did I hear any of them loose his temper or say anything that did not cause laughter from each other. They did their job very well. They all three deserve applause for a job well done! They are amazing!!!

It’s been some time since I got Indiana Foundation to come out and look at my crawl space and give me an estimate. I used to have so much water in my crawl space some summers I had frogs in there. My sump pumps all burned out and nothing I put in kept up with the water to pump out. Matt came out and did my estimate and laid all out on the table how bad it was down there. It had rotted out the floor in my main bathroom and even under my furnace. His guys came out and put inna new floor in my bathroom, pumped out 16 inches of water before they could even start working, and work they did. They worked into the nights, on weekend, and did a fantastic job and saved the foundation of my house. They just came out for an annual check if everything is working and it is. I am so glad to hear one of the 3 pumps, they created on their own and cooled by water pumped so they won’t burn out, when it pours rain. Thank you Matt and your entire crew. What a great job!!!

They were responsive and had Doug C. scheduled to visit in a week. The office shared arrival time and how long the visit would take. He was on time and did not rush us. No high-pressure sales pitch. Doug photo-documented the areas needing attention. I had worked construction years back and could tell he was well versed in this area of business. So glad we called. Doug was great to work with. We were still pulling insulation and they were kind enough to let us work along side them and Mario even helped us throw away our bags of insulation we appreciated that more than they will know. We just completed our foundation work with Indiana Foundation. Because of the depths of the concrete pillars, much more excavation was required than planned and much more landscape alteration and subsequent work will be required. This is just the nature of these kinds of projects and certainly no fault of the company at all. Just as a homeowner, be prepared for things to be more involved than you originally anticipated. This is the only reason for the four star rating instead of five, because things were much more involved than we planned, much more landscape alteration, which will cost money to put back together, double the length of the initial anticipated time of the project… Those kinds of things. The personnel, however, were excellent. See below. Fortunately, we had a superb team on site… Andrew, Anthony and his brother Jeremy. They were present every day until the lift was done, which took several days because one of the pillars was very deep. These young men were remarkable representatives of their company. Very pleasant, easy to understand, and clearly were knowledgeable at their profession. There were times during our project where we were frustrated with the amount of dirt removed and they took great care to damage none of the property, or any of the trees or other wooden features of the home as they were doing their job. The cleanup was very good at the end. We were happy to have these three men on site and appreciate their experience and know how. High marks for them. We also had some steps that had subsided raised with the polyfoam, and that was very straightforward and very successful. We have one more set of steps to go, and then we will be complete. Lastly, we also had the opportunity to meet Colby, a supervisor. A true gem of a man, he inspected the project during the height of our frustration and helped reassure us about the eventual success and ultimate resolution of things. His presence and repeat timely communication was invaluable. Thank you, Indiana Foundation!
