I had some minor foundation concerns in my basement and got a few quotes before deciding who to go with. Indiana Foundation Services was hands down the most honest company I talked to, and their pricing was fair too, so it was an easy choice. My sales rep Michael was great to work with. He really knew what he was talking about and actually listened to what was going on in my basement instead of just trying to sell me the biggest package available. We walked through a few different options and eventually landed on what would be the best combination to resolve the issue, while still staying under budget. The scheduling process was extremely convenient and it was a very smooth handoff from sales to the production team. The crew showed up on time on install day. John Knuckles was the foreman and Joshua Mitchell was the installer, and honestly these guys worked hard. The concrete ended up being much thicker than anyone anticipated, but they stuck with it and got the job done right. It's not an easy job and they never complained once. They kept everything clean the whole time too, which I really appreciated. Throughout the job they kept explaining what they were doing and why, so I always knew what was going on instead of just being left in the dark. Everything looks perfect now. A supervisor also stopped by at one point to check in on the guys and make sure they had what they needed, and he also asked if I had any questions, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall just a really solid experience from start to finish. Professional, honest, hardworking crew, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs foundation or waterproofing work done. I'll be calling them again if I ever need anything else.

Whitney Rose and Cammeron Miles came out for their free inspection and did a fantastic job. We were originally just looking at some patchwork around the exterior of the house, but we're able to answer all sorts of questions I had about drainage around the house to better protect it and offered services and solutions, both from them and other types of contractors better suited for that work. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold and they were very quick to point out all the good things my house had going for it. I would highly recommend working with them for any issues you may have.

Indiana Foundation Service waterproofed our basement last year. Today was our one year inspection. We really appreciated the service provided by Phillip and Joe C. They were both friendly and personable while also very professional and efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how the plates work as they are tightened over time. Definitely some of the nicest home maintenance workers we have ever had. Thanks guys!

It’s been some time since I got Indiana Foundation to come out and look at my crawl space and give me an estimate. I used to have so much water in my crawl space some summers I had frogs in there. My sump pumps all burned out and nothing I put in kept up with the water to pump out. Matt came out and did my estimate and laid all out on the table how bad it was down there. It had rotted out the floor in my main bathroom and even under my furnace. His guys came out and put inna new floor in my bathroom, pumped out 16 inches of water before they could even start working, and work they did. They worked into the nights, on weekend, and did a fantastic job and saved the foundation of my house. They just came out for an annual check if everything is working and it is. I am so glad to hear one of the 3 pumps, they created on their own and cooled by water pumped so they won’t burn out, when it pours rain. Thank you Matt and your entire crew. What a great job!!!

Last week, I was "hosting" three young men from Indiana Foundation at a "basement repair party" at my home. I have to say that these three young men were absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been in the company of such men who were so happy to do their jobs. Dakota, Desmon, and Johntae never slowed down on their job, and they never seemed not to enjoy the company of each other. I live alone and since they left, I have been troubled by the silence. It's not the lack of noise of the drilling; it's the lack of laughter that I miss. Never once did I hear any of them loose his temper or say anything that did not cause laughter from each other. They did their job very well. They all three deserve applause for a job well done! They are amazing!!!

Cameron came to my condo to evaluate the source of a flooring crack along an outside wall. He spent an hour and a half examining the floor, interior wall, and exterior wall. In 2017 Indiana Foundation installed wall anchors on 2 of my basement walls. The reason I chose this process was due to Keith Tinsman. Keith looked at my situation and was very honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about basement foundations. We decided to use wall anchors as a preventative measure after detecting minor bowing of the basement walls. I completely trust what Keith says about my situation and feel good about what we have done. Keith is why I chose Indiana Foundation and will recommend them to others.

Worked with Alvaro Torres and Mario Velasquez on my foundation. They were able to correction the failures of other working and made my home stable. The process was great. First contact with Arron to the inspection/estimate visit from Connor was excellent. The crew who did the digging were amazing. Alex Andrew and Harley R were fantastic, on time, clean, respectful and answered all my questions. They explained the entire process before during and after, absolutely great crew. If you can request a crew for your job you can’t go wrong with the crew I had. Thank you for a wonderful job to all the above named individuals

Called IFS to schedule an inspection of our crawl space & was able to get an immediate appointment. Connor Avera contacted us to confirm he would be meeting with us. He arrived on time & explained the process before the inspection. Afterwards he sat down to explain in detail what he found, what needed attention & what solutions were applicable. Connor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very professional with no high pressure sales tactics. He thoroughly walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

Excellent Experience with Groundworks! I cannot recommend Groundworks highly enough for crawl space encapsulation. **Damian Traas, Tristan Lear, and Phillip Ewers** did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. They took the time to explain the encapsulation process, ensuring all of my questions were answered before they got to work. Crawl space work is notoriously difficult and messy, but Damian, Tristan, and Phillip handled it with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and the transformation of the space is night and day. It is incredibly reassuring to know that the structural integrity and air quality of my home are now properly protected. If you are looking for a team that is knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated to doing the job right the first time, ask for Damian, Tristan, and Phillip at Groundworks. Thank you all for the outstanding peace of mind!
