James, Saul & Devarion showed up very timely. James explained his thoughts on what they needed to do and updated me every step of their work. He asked me to come out and see what they were doing. He constantly asked if i had any questions or wanted something different done! They were very courteous: always please and thank you and maam! They made very little mess and cleaned up very well after themselves! Best experience i have had with Indiana Foundation!!! Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Damian Traas (Foreman), Phillip Ewers (Co-Foreman), and Tristan Lear (Installer). This crew was absolutely outstanding. They installed two AquaStop CrawlSpace Triple sump pumps, hand dug and installed 135 feet of 4” CrawlDrain and countless feet of discharge line. The quality of their work was exceptional. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Damian kept me informed throughout the entire project, explaining each step and making sure I understood exactly what was being done. Phillip and Tristan worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail, taking obvious pride in their craftsmanship. The entire installation was neat, organized, and completed with precision. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and left the work area looking better than I expected. It's refreshing to see a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right rather than just getting it done quickly. If you're looking for a team that is skilled, honest, hardworking, and truly committed to quality, I highly recommend Damian, Phillip, and Tristan. They exceeded every expectation I had, and I have complete confidence in the work they performed. This was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. Five stars isn't enough—I'd gladly give them ten!

I was very impressed with the services offered. The team that came to the house explained the issues well and ensured that the job was done right and explained issues that I may experience with my house foundation into the future. I appreciated how they went out of their way to advise me to waterproof (I can not do that at this time) and suggested ways I ensure that my basement stays as dry as possible. Well done and much appreciated.

I recommend Indiana Foundation and specially, Mr. Doug Caister. He did a great job with an inspection he just did to our basement. I’m a real estate agent and Indiana foundation services came in at a pinch to look at what we were told was a foundation problem by a different foundation contractor and they actually told us that it wasn’t a foundation problem and it would actually cost less than half of what the first guy suggested so I would highly recommend Indiana foundation services and Deckoda Hodges to anyone for their foundation needs

Good experience with Andrew P, Jeremy S and Austin K today. They listened as I pointed out items that were not installed 3 years ago and my concerns about the below average installation that had been done. This team came to repair my Great Grandmother’s floor in her forever home. She is 91 years old, a widow and had no idea what to do when her living room started sinking. This team of men came and completely transformed the living room back to normal again. Raising her floors back to the original placement, putting in extra hours and days to complete the job correctly! And cleaning up every pile of dust and piece of wood when they left. If I could give this company and these men 6 stars I would! Special shoutout to the foreman and his team Cole Parton, Brock Dietrich and Michael Robert’s! You guys were an absolute blessing to my mamaw who can enjoy her home again with safety and peace of mind! Also special thanks to Bryant and Chris. If you’re looking for the right company for your home repairs? You found it I promise.

Our crew that came out to work needs a raise. It’s almost winter and they sent this crew to come work in literally any degree weather that came their way. They got the job done and met the deadline in this freezing cold weather. I can’t believe they actually worked in these temps. I am impressed.

I had Indiana Foundation Service repair a settling foundation by installing push piers. They did an outstanding job. The problem was resolved on time and as quoted. Doug C was excellent – he came out to look at a hole around my foundation. He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). Thank Jeff for the great job you did raising our porch, it had dropped about 3 or 3 and a half inches, looks great now. Also want to thank the crew that worked on our foundation where the basement wall had cracked and is bowing out. Those guys worked in the cold weather with snow on the ground to get the job done. I can not remember all the names but we want thank them for a great job, feel better knowing that is taken care of. Also thank the folks in the office that keep us informed. Excellent Experience with Groundworks! I cannot recommend Groundworks highly enough for crawl space encapsulation. **Damian Traas, Tristan Lear, and Phillip Ewers** did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. They took the time to explain the encapsulation process, ensuring all of my questions were answered before they got to work. Crawl space work is notoriously difficult and messy, but Damian, Tristan, and Phillip handled it with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and the transformation of the space is night and day. It is incredibly reassuring to know that the structural integrity and air quality of my home are now properly protected. If you are looking for a team that is knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated to doing the job right the first time, ask for Damian, Tristan, and Phillip at Groundworks. On 9/27 we had our 4th annual inspection of our crawl space and foundation done by your associate Ricky Christie. He was on time, professional and complete. His thorough and painstaking inspection/presentation – which he documented completely – resulted in our signing up for substantial additional remedial work. He took his time, he did it right…I could wax on, but you get the idea. Thanks for sending out a great person.

The process was great. First contact with Arron to the inspection/estimate visit from Connor was excellent. The crew who did the digging were amazing. Alex Andrew and Harley R were fantastic, on time, clean, respectful and answered all my questions. They explained the entire process before during and after, absolutely great crew. If you can request a crew for your job you can’t go wrong with the crew I had. Thank you for a wonderful job to all the above named individuals

We had them come out and give us an estimate on our concrete patio that was not level due to settling. Quin called a day or two ahead of time and gave us a time he would be at our house. The day scheduled Quin called and was on time as scheduled. Quin was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Quin did not pressure us to commit to his company. Quin was very enjoyable to deal with throughout this process.

Top-notch service and craftsmanship from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done and wouldn't want anyone other than Damian T. & Philip E. working on our home. On top of working really hard, they kept us informed on progress, share pictures, ensured we were satisfied, and cleaned up after a dirty job!

We had work done for a drain install in our foundation and a sub-pump. I have been burned several times with recent work to my house and was skeptical when we hired this company. I can say that all my worry was for nothing. Charlie came out to give us an estimate, and although we were short on time we made it work and he ended up staying for a long time (even through making dinner for our kid) to ensure we understood. It never once felt invasive and he did not try to pressure us into buying the product. Our cats loved him as well which was an added bonus and made us feel better. When he left, we talked about how nice and kind he was and he did not seem like a sales person. He also answered our extra questions a couple weeks later as we were waiting on the install to happen. We again were hesitant with yet another crew that needed to come in our home and demo a bunch of things. There was no need for the worry. Shawn and Devan were fantastic. They were polite, super kind, patient with all of our questions, and their clean up was one of the best we have ever witnessed. Given the invasive nature of jack hammering foundation inside of a home, we expected a bunch of clean up after. However outside of the stuff we already know they could not put back (drywall, flooring, etc) it was perfect. We went though and swept up the rooms they had worked in an there wasn't even a dust pan full of debris they missed. They laid out plastic and used that to walk on and lay the cement chunks on ensuring none of my ceramic tile flooring was ruined. AMAZING! They cleaned up the front lawn after digging a trench and jack hammering up part of the side walk. The cement work they did was great. They were extra careful when digging and installing pipes in the flower beds. Which we appreciated. They left the area outside cleaner than when they arrived even coiling up my garden hose and assisted us in moving some extra dirt left from them digging to another location on the property. Shawn took the time to take us out back and explain what they could do to help the drainage issues in the back of the home. He was confidant in his explanations and understood exactly what needed to happen to improve this situation and ensure water was not an issue to the home in the future. There was again no pressure to have Indiana Foundation Service do this work. This was all above and beyond what they were required to do. They were polite and kind when we were talking to them and was able to laugh and joke with us as they worked. WHEN we have more work done with our drainage in the back of our home we will be calling this company again and requesting SHAWN AND DEVAN to do the work. What an asset they are to the Indian Foundation company. Indiana Foundation Service will have my loyalty in the future for all other needed repairs.

I had a great experience getting a crawlspace quote the other day. Rob was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was seeing and recommending. I really appreciated how patient he was with my questions and how clearly he walked me through the options without any pressure. It’s refreshing to meet someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone honest and thorough.

Whitney Rose and Cammeron Miles came out for their free inspection and did a fantastic job. We were originally just looking at some patchwork around the exterior of the house, but we're able to answer all sorts of questions I had about drainage around the house to better protect it and offered services and solutions, both from them and other types of contractors better suited for that work. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold and they were very quick to point out all the good things my house had going for it. I would highly recommend working with them for any issues you may have.
