Tyler Davis came out to a home we're interested in buying. We had some concerns about the foundation, so he did an inspection and price estimate. Tyler was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We actually learned a lot of cool stuff about how foundation structures and repairs work. This service gave us a good idea of what needs done if we purchase the house. We haven't gotten the work done yet, but are definitely interested in working with them in the near future. Even if we don't buy this place, we'll definitely use them wherever we end up.

He determined that it was a concrete block that seems to have fallen apart over time, and recommended a couple of budget-friendly fixes while passing on the work for IFS (a little smaller than their usual scale). I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
