They worked very hard and the job they did looks amazing and was done in a very timely manner. They even cleaned up after the encapsulation so our crawlspace looks pristine! Called IFS to schedule an inspection of our crawl space & was able to get an immediate appointment. Connor Avera contacted us to confirm he would be meeting with us. He arrived on time & explained the process before the inspection. Afterwards he sat down to explain in detail what he found, what needed attention & what solutions were applicable. Connor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very professional with no high pressure sales tactics. He thoroughly walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

My second time using Indiana Foundation Services. They were on time pleasant and the work performed was exactly what I wanted done. Brandon did a great job lifts my and sealing concrete next to my pool. I scheduled in November and had work done April 1st because of the cold weather and freezing period. Customer service always kept me informed and I had no issues waiting on replies that I had questions on. I will use a 3rd time despite some of the reviews I read. They’ve always treated me right.

Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.
