Indiana Foundation Services was hands down the most honest company I talked to, and their pricing was fair too, so it was an easy choice. My sales rep Michael was great to work with. He really knew what he was talking about and actually listened to what was going on in my basement instead of just trying to sell me the biggest package available. We walked through a few different options and eventually landed on what would be the best combination to resolve the issue, while still staying under budget. The scheduling process was extremely convenient and it was a very smooth handoff from sales to the production team. The crew showed up on time on install day. John Knuckles was the foreman and Joshua Mitchell was the installer, and honestly these guys worked hard. The concrete ended up being much thicker than anyone anticipated, but they stuck with it and got the job done right. It's not an easy job and they never complained once. They kept everything clean the whole time too, which I really appreciated. Throughout the job they kept explaining what they were doing and why, so I always knew what was going on instead of just being left in the dark. Everything looks perfect now. A supervisor also stopped by at one point to check in on the guys and make sure they had what they needed, and he also asked if I had any questions, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall just a really solid experience from start to finish. Professional, honest, hardworking crew, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs foundation or waterproofing work done. I'll be calling them again if I ever need anything else."
